Matt He

USA National Team Coach

 Former member of the Chinese National Badminton Team and a key player for the Liaoning Provincial Badminton Team.


Coaching Experience

After retiring in 2011, I continued to compete in the United States and returned to China in 2015 to train youth in badminton. In 2016, I resumed training youth in the United States. In 2018, I co-founded USBA with my partners, where I have since trained many outstanding athletes who have won numerous national, regional, and international championships and titles.

  • 2013: Fifth place in the team event at the 13th National Games of the People's Republic of China

Lin Jia

USA National Team Coach

Coaching Experience

  • With a strong national team training background and over a decade of coaching experience, Lin Jia has been dedicated to developing high-level youth athletes since 2014.
  • Since co-founding USBA in 2018, she has worked closely with Coach Matt, successfully developing numerous national champions and high-level athletes. Her players have gone on to achieve outstanding results on the international stage. She is passionate about advancing the sport of badminton in the United States and hopes to make an even greater impact in the years to come.
  • Former Head Coach of Dalian Badminton Team (Liaoning) in 2014, leading the team to a Provincial Games Team Championship and multiple individual titles.
  • Combines elite Chinese training systems with modern international methodologies to devilop complete, competitive badminton players.
